Could we approach the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC)/National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program of the Library of Congress (NDIIPP) to prototype a strategic international coordination, development and access to Broadcast Related Archives to support Project Bamboo?

What consortium licensing arrangements would need to be in place to expose and enable use/re-use of existing national collections within international contexts?

Who would co-ordinate such an international federation?

How could we enlist existing expertise across international boundaries?

How can the Libraries, Museums and Archives communities engage with the project in offering advice and guidance?
