Activity Definition(s)

This is an activity needed for various analysis activities and the desired result is a specification of collection of primary objects, repositories, sub-repositories and/or registries over which the desired search is executed. This is analogous to creating the domain(s) specification for a google-like indexing/search process

  • name each repository, sub-repository and/or registry. This may require an iterative process allowing scholar to browse available repositories.
  • specify more general metadata (e.g., publisher, library or subject category) used to find repositories or registries that are possibly relevant or for generating a collection of primary objects.
